Sponsored by North Dakota Mill, North Dakota Wheat Commission, North Dakota Department of Career and Technical Education, The Sugar Association, Bismark High School and the Home Baking Association, this workshop will deepen your knowledge of baking teaching strategies and skill development through interactive labs and expert-led discussions.
